What’s included in our 3-month journey together:
1 Comprehensive Holistic Wellness Consultation
4 55-minute follow-up sessions via virtual video call or phone call (client preference)
Meet twice per month for the first two months, once during the final month of the package.
Receive a Holistic Health Plan with health guidance and education unique to you within 48 hours of the Holistic Wellness Consultation process.
Access to Unlimited Secure Messaging Support (during business hours) between sessions is available for questions, reflections, and support as you integrate changes.
Optional Functional Testing Guidance (additional cost)
Access to handouts, journal prompts, and brain-health resources
Add any leftover time from your sessions to your final session. That way, we aren’t wasting any of your time.
You’ll leave this program with the foundations to support your child or teen’s mental wellness and brain health naturally, natural tools for emotional balance, and routines that match your family’s health goals.

Holistic Wellness Consultation
What’s included with a Comprehensive Holistic Wellness Consultation:
1 Comprehensive Holistic Wellness Consultation for one child or teenager, completed with the parent or caregiver
Receive a Holistic Health Plan with health guidance and education unique to you within 48 hours of the Holistic Wellness Consultation process.
Once a client with Flora Holistic, you will have the option to add on 55-minute 1:1 appointments for $130 each, as needed.
Please note: Access to Unlimited Secure Messaging Support is not an option for this service. If you have follow-up questions, you will need to book an additional 1:1 appointment.
Purchasing a Holistic Wellness Consultation is a great fit for people wanting a better understanding of underlying contributors to their children’s health concerns and who are interested in receiving a Holistic Health Plan, but who are not needing regular, ongoing support at this time.
