With years of experience working in clinical settings, I bring a unique and holistic approach as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Wellness Coach. In my sessions, I bring compassion, curiosity, and encouragement right when you need it. I’m just as motivated to help you feel better.
Our process is collaborative, with you guiding our sessions based on what feels right for you. I honor mutual respect, trust, beneficence, and a nonjudgemental approach in my sessions.
My approach is customized for each person based on their unique journey. We dig deep to uncover goals that feel most aligned with your current needs, explore your current experiences and nutritional foundations, and dive into what lifestyle, food, and supplement adjustments feel doable for you at this point in your journey.

Before the Holistic Wellness Consultation, clients fill out Holistic Intake Paperwork and describe their wellness concerns and goals. We work together during this initial session to identify clients’ health and wellness concerns, as well as discuss possible underlying contributors to these experiences. Clients will walk away feeling empowered in their health journey.

During sessions, we address the foundational nutrition patterns that support brain health, emotional regulation, and overall nervous system balance. Together, we identify simple nourishment shifts that help the body feel safer, calmer, and more supported.

Gentle herbal supports can ease stress, calm the nervous system, and strengthen the body’s natural healing processes. I educate and guide you toward safe, effective, and evidence-based plant-based options that support the brain and mental wellbeing.

We explore whole, healing foods that provide the minerals, glucose, and antioxidants your brain needs to function optimally. These foods can help reduce overwhelm, improve mood, and support long-term emotional steadiness. We will also explore foods and combinations that help the body cleanse toxins that can contribute to our brain health struggles.

Medical Medium offers insights into underlying contributors of mental, emotional, and brain challenges for children and adults, and the information can help individuals find relief from these difficult experiences though the healing power of nutrition, herbs, wild foods, and cleansing the body.

Holistic Wellness Consultation
A Holistic Wellness Consultation is for those who are looking for a holistic perspective for their mental and brain wellness challenges. The holistic evaluation provides a comprehensive look at your emotional patterns, nervous-system functioning, lifestyle demands, and nutritional foundations to identify factors contributing to stress, dysregulation, or challenging mental experiences. We assess your sleep, routines, environmental exposures, and overall brain–body balance to understand how these elements interact and impact your wellbeing. Functional testing, such as targeted nutritional or metabolic assessments, can be an option when desired by clients.
Investment: $200 (with the option to add on 55-minute 1:1 sessions for $130 each)
3-Month Coaching Package
Our favorite wellness coaching package at Flora Holistic.
The 3-month coaching package offers supportive, structured guidance for individuals looking to feel more grounded, clear, and supported in their mental wellbeing using Flora Holistic’s unique Nourish, Shift, & Restore Coaching Model. Over three months, we work together to better understand patterns related to stress, daily routines, and health behaviors, while identifying realistic areas for change. Sessions blend holistic wellness education, nutrition and herbal education and guidance, and nervous-system and trauma-informed coaching to help you build practical tools and greater self-awareness. This package is ideal for those seeking meaningful progress within a defined timeframe, with support that feels thoughtful, steady, and personalized. Includes a Holistic Wellness Consultation and four 55-minute additional sessions over the course of 3 months.

6-Month Coaching Package
Our extended and transformational wellness coaching package at Flora Holistic.
The 6-month coaching package provides ongoing support for individuals seeking deeper and more sustainable shifts in their health and wellbeing. This longer-term format allows space to slow down, explore patterns over time, and gently implement changes that support resilience and balance using Flora Holistic’s unique Nourish, Shift, and Restore Coaching Model. Coaching sessions focus on education, reflection, and skill-building related to emotional regulation, nutrition and herbal education and guidance, and creation of supportive daily routines while honoring the realities of your busy life. With consistent support across six months, clients often experience increased confidence, improved mood, and a stronger sense of trust themselves long-term. Includes a Holistic Wellness Consultation and eight 55-minute additional sessions over the course of 6 months.
